Role Overview
We are hiring energetic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team in Varanasi. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls generating leads and providing information about our solar products and services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
Maintain an accurate database of customer information and interactions.
Follow up with leads and assist the sales team in achieving targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet daily weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
13 years of experience in telecalling telesales or customer service (solar or related industry preferred).
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho experience is an advantage).
Positive attitude team player and self-motivated.
