$60000$80000 per year (hourly commission based on experience)
Schedule:
MondayFriday 7:30 AM5:30 PM (one late nightMonday or Wednesday until 6 PM)

What Youll Do
- Greet customers warmly and write up repair orders
- Communicate clearly in person and over the phone
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate alternate transportation
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to document concerns for technician diagnosis
- Review recommended services and document any declined repairs for future follow-up
- Keep customers informed about repair status completion times and costs
- Process payments and cashier transactions
- Collaborate closely with technicians and fellow advisors
- Ensure every customer has a positive experience from drop-off to delivery
What Were Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly professional and highly organized demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word Excel and typing skills)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to bend lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must have valid drivers license and insurable driving record and pass pre-employment drug screen.
