Job Summary
TribeVibe Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019 that aims to revolutionize the college festival scene. College festivals are an integral part of a students life as it gives them a chance to witness and be a part of something more than everyday classroom work. Currently the college festivals need avenues to support them with regards to various aspects that are involved on making any event a successful right from the planning stages to the execution and the post event activities.
TribeVibe with the combined experience of over 500 events and with expertise ranging from artist bookings data management ticketing brand tie ups production to the overall management & execution of events intend to be the one-stop solution for these festivals and deliver creative and insightful methods to shape these festivals.
Your Profile
- Manage ticket type descriptions taking the event live and coordinating with internal teams
- Prepare reports & detailed recconciliation
- Ensure daily sales for every event Updates on events box office recco and pre and post event recco reports are tallying
- Will have to keep on ground plan ready ineract with BMS team and ops to make sure operations on ground is smooth for events.
- Ensuring wristband and ticketing requirements are fulfilled.
- Manage contracts & payouts backstage management for all events
Your Checklist
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Should have a good knowledge on ticket strategy for events.
- Background on ticketing for live events in the past is added benefit.
- Responsible for events budgetmanagementmust be enthusiastic conscientious and a very strong communicator thriving in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
