Job Summary
Executive - Import and Export
Location - Pune
Industry - Industrial Products
- Good Knowledge of Imports and Exports.
- Handling of all Import /Export related activities co-ordination with Customs / CHA for smooth clearance.
- To be able to individually handle all documentation related to Imports / Exports with Customs/Banks/CHA.
- Responsible for stores inventory management and logistics management (Inward and Outward)
- Good understanding of commercial aspects of purchasing stores & logistics management
- Experience in independently handling Outwards Dispatches and Co-ordinating with Customers
- Should have worked under middle management and experience to work in co-ordination with Purchase Production and Sales Department.
- Should possess strong negotiation skills. Should be technically sound to estimate and negotiate with the Transporters / service provider to obtain maximum benefit
- Should possess good speaking and writing communication skills in English.
- Good at MS office applications and MS Excel. Well knowledge to work with ERP system.
- Ability to prepare the documents & face all audits related to Stores & Logistics IATF & customer audits etc
- Strategically plan and manage logistics warehouse transportation and customer services
- Keep track of quality quantity stock levels delivery times transport costs and efficiency
- Proficient in standard logistics software- e-way bills vehicle tracking etc
- Should well know about all financial paperwork process and maintain verifying payment amounts and billing.
- Monitor deliveries ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
