Role Focus
- Own preventive maintenance cycles to protect uptime and throughput.
- Diagnose/repair automated equipment; support facility systems (plumbing HVAC electrical mechanical PLC).
- Perform mechanical/electrical disassembly deep cleaning repair and reassembly.
- Execute minor electronic repairs precise calibrations/alignments; verify daily equipment set-up.
- Capture maintenance data analyze trends and manage PMs/orders/tools within Megamations.
- Coach manufacturing and maintenance teammates; partner with quality to implement process improvements.
- Model safety leadershipincluding strict adherence to Lock-Out/Tag-Outand consistent punctual attendance.
- Support policies and contribute to special projects as assigned.
What You Bring
- HS diploma/GED and 1 year of related maintenance experience.
- Background in highly automated lean/continuous-flow operations.
- Fluency with schematics multimeters and OEM documentation.
- Ability to resolve issues remotely with vendors contractors and suppliers.
- PC proficiency and solid math fundamentals.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures including LOTO.
- Stamina to lift 50100 lbs. walk/stand for extended periods and lift from waist shoulder and overhead frequently.
Preferred Extras
- Associate-level technical education or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of related maintenance experience.
