Overview

Our client is a global trading and distribution company and they are seeking a skilled Application Manager to lead and manage end-to-end application-related projects and systems with a focus on ERP design and upgrades EDI integration cloud migration and related business processes. As an integral part of our team you will ensure effective vendor management collaboration with offshore teams and stakeholder engagement. You will also champion diverse methodologies like Agile and Waterfall to deliver efficient and innovative solutions for our organization. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP systems design implementation and upgrade projects ensuring seamless integration with business processes particularly within Procure to Pay domains.
• Oversee Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementations and integrations to streamline business communication.
• Plan and execute cloud migration projects ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) while championing diversity and inclusivity in vendor partnerships.
• Facilitate collaboration with offshore teams ensuring smooth communication knowledge transfer and project delivery.
• Actively engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements provide status updates and lead initiatives that align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end projects implementation ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in ERP implementation and integration preferably working at Supply Chain Logistic or Trading industries.
• Familiar with inventory order processing and warehouse workflow with the ability to deliver scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integration and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and the ability to write and optimize queries effectively.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud migration projects for applications and systems.
• Expertise in vendor management andstakeholder management with the ability to communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly manner.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall) and experience in implementing projects utilizing these frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English involve both speaking and listening.
