Hours: 45 hours per week 4 days on 3 days off Paid overtime available

Set in a beautiful location the restaurant combines relaxed dining with exceptional quality offering everything from elegant à la carte meals to weddings and private events.

The Opportunity
Were looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a dedicated brigade and take ownership of your own section. Youll play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes maintaining standards and supporting a kitchen that thrives on creativity collaboration and precision.
This is a role that offers autonomy balance and progression with the flexibility to work independently while being supported by a strong senior team.
Your Role
Run your section confidently and maintain the highest standards of quality and organisation
Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service and consistent output
Prepare cook and present dishes to 1 AA Rosette standard
Maintain a clean efficient workstation and uphold kitchen hygiene standards
Contribute to menu preparation and daily specials
Support junior team members with training and guidance
Take initiative while collaborating as part of a close-knit team
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a fresh food or AA Rosette kitchen
Passionate about local seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine
Strong organisational and communication skills
Calm reliable and professional under pressure
Keen to develop and progress within a respected quality-led venue
Team player with pride in your work and your section
