What Youll Need

Experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within a care home or fine dining setting.
Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs particularly for older adults.
Proven ability to lead and manage a kitchen team.
Experience in menu development and budget control.

What Youll Do

Plan and deliver seasonal nutritious menus that meet a range of dietary needs.
Lead train and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
Manage food budgets stock control and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and health regulations.
Create a consistent fine-dining experience for residents and guests.
Work collaboratively with care teams to meet individual dietary requirements.
