Were seeking a Senior Account Executive (Hunter) to join our growing manufacturing and supplychain practice and drive new business growth across Concords full suite of services and is a high-impact outbound-focused role responsible for identifying developing and closingnew logo opportunities. Youll collaborate with marketing pre-sales and delivery teams to crafttailored proposals and bring new clients into the Concord portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound outreachnetworking and channel partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing and supply chain
    industries.
  • Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop solution-oriented proposals and
    presentations.
  • Collaborate with key accounts to deliver product solutions generate new business andensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead client meetings discovery sessions and negotiations to close complex multi-solutiondeals.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual new business sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting reports in CRM.
  • Represent Concord at industry events conferences and partner forums to build brandawareness and generate leads.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects while coordinating with various internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a hunter mentality by aggressively pursuing new market opportunities andexpanding territory.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 5 years of proven success in hunting roles new logo acquisition and consistently achievingquota targets.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling technical consulting and services solutions.
  • Preference for having strong knowledge of the manufacturing and supply chain industries with proven experience selling into these sectors.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for winning new business.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced mid-sized consulting or technology servicesenvironment.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

  • Salary: $150000 - $180000 Variable Commissions
  • Preferred locations: Chicago Kansas City or Dallas.
  • Must be willing to travel to Concord headquarters clients site and other locations.
  • Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship
