WHO YOU ARE:
Software Engineers play a key role in the design development/configuration unit testing installation and ongoing maintenance of Zinnias software platforms. Zinnia Software Engineers work with stakeholders to develop solutions and/or products that fulfill the needs of Zinnia internal stakeholders and clients. Those solutions and/or products help Zinnia and Zinnia clients to be more efficient and provide better service to end customers. Software Engineers interact directly with project leaders business stakeholders.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Work as part of a global cross-functional team to develop innovative software for Zinnia stakeholders.
- Contribute to projects by creating well-designed customized testable efficient code for company platforms.
- Assist our teams in providing ongoing support troubleshooting improvements or custom enhancements to existing company platforms.
- Collaborate with our global teams and internal stakeholders.
WHAT YOULL NEED:
- 5 years of software development experience.
- Undergraduate degree in technology or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to develop software in C C# DotNet Core etc.
- Experience developing with Web technology Angular 13 React Typescript HTML Javascript
- Extensive Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban Scrum etc).
- Experience developing and deploying in a cloud-native environment
- Working knowledge of common DevOps tasks (Environment provisioning CI/CD Pipelines and application monitoring).
- Effective communication interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional global team.

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate; it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. The salary range for this position is $100000 - $115000. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individuals skills education experience training and geographic location.
