Lead Software Developer

Location: Deerfield Beach FL - On Site

Position Overview

The Lead Software Developer will serve as a technical leader responsible for enterprise-level application design development integration and deployment. This role requires deep expertise Core C# Azure PaaS and cloud-native architectures along with strong leadership communication and accountability.

The candidate will collaborate closely with Delivery Architects Managers Developers QA Engineers and Operations teams to ensure scalable secure and high-quality solutions across the full software development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Lead enterprise application design engineering and development Core C# Azure PaaS

Implement integrations using Web APIs and Microsoft partner solutions

Ensure development standards via code reviews and compliance scans

Escalate risks and issues to Delivery Architect and Management

Lead and participate in design discussions and architectural decisions

Define business requirements development estimates and work plans

Perform unit and integration testing

Support deployment across Dev QA Staging and Production

Troubleshoot application and integration issues

Mentor developers and collaborate with QA throughout SDLC

Ensure scalability performance optimization and system reliability
