Job Summary

Transitions to erp require specialists not generalists- how we look for people on this project will be a bit different.

Moving from ECC to S4 Hana- SAP is providing transition for us they are the ones actually doing the work

Theyll be some follow up items wbg will have to do- augmented support which is hwere these people will come in

This one is a technofunctional specialist- experienced in both ECC and S4 Hana technofuncitonal capabilities- not a hardcore coder or user

Need someone who can customize functional aspects- thye wouldnt know how to configure accounting principles but the technofunctional person can extend/tweak/etc

With s4 HANA technofunctional capabilities span SAP Fiori- saps web interface (UI 5 standard)

Challenges they face:

Not looking for people who have just been production support- fixing bugs etc want someone who has done previous migration and transitions

Need to have written code in ecc and s4
