Position Summary
We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Ironton MO. The PTA will assist in providing high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist helping patients improve mobility strength and overall function in accordance with APTA standards and state licensure laws.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Instruct and motivate patients in therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Accurately document patient progress and report updates to the therapy team
- Collaborate effectively with physicians families and facility staff
- Demonstrate Concept Rehabs values of Commitment Respect and Integrity in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (required)
- Outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to providing compassionate high-quality care
