The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for evaluating planning and implementing therapeutic interventions to help patients develop recover or maintain daily living and work skills. The OT works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote independence and improve quality of life for individuals with physical cognitive or emotional challenges. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical cognitive and psychosocial needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities. Educate patients families and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment use. Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Document patient progress treatment plans and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current MT OT licensure. Must have valid drivers license CPR certifrication
