Job Summary
The Business Operations Analystsupportsthe BizOps team in driving and implementing operational processesforthe AiDP organization. This includes critical initiativesrelated to budgets headcount management reporting and process rolepartners closelywith other IS&T teams Finance and Leadership to ensure priorities are clear resources are aligned and decisions are data-driven.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Economics Finance or equivalent experience.
- 56 years of experience in business operations consulting finance or related roles.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel Tableau).
- Experience working cross-functionally and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
- Familiarity with OKRs KPIs and operational dashboards that measure efficiency hiring velocity utilization and budget adherence.
- Ability to work with large or complex datasets and translating them into clear insights for leadership decisions.
- Proven track record of building scalable processes that adapt to organizational change and growth.
- Skilled at building trusted partnerships across Finance Recruiting and Engineering.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex topics clearly to senior leaders.
- Experience contributing to strategic planning or annual business plan.
