- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Economics Finance or equivalent experience.
- 56 years of experience in business operations consulting finance or related roles.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel Tableau).
- Experience working cross-functionally and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
- Familiarity with OKRs KPIs and operational dashboards that measure efficiency hiring velocity utilization and budget adherence.
- Ability to work with large or complex datasets and translating them into clear insights for leadership decisions.
- Proven track record of building scalable processes that adapt to organizational change and growth.
- Skilled at building trusted partnerships across Finance Recruiting and Engineering.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex topics clearly to senior leaders.
- Experience contributing to strategic planning or annual business plan.
