Your Daily Tasks

Provide professional customer support via email chat and phone.
Assist users with inquiries related to content policies and platform navigation.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving.
Collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality service standards.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.

Requirements

Native-level or C2 German and B2 English (spoken and written).
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card (visa sponsorship not provided).
Willingness to relocate to Portugal and start as soon as possible.
Previous customer support or similar experience is an advantage but not mandatory full training is provided.
