Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Market Intelligence Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool UK. In this hands-on role you will contribute to the development of both quantitative and qualitative market intelligence and competitor insights focusing on the companys key business regions: UK/Europe Americas Africa and Asia Pacific.
As a vital part of the team you will support Market Intelligence Analysts by gathering external and internal data analysing and organising it and ensuring it is readily accessible for effective market analysis and report creation. You will coordinate market intelligence efforts enabling analysts to gain a comprehensive understanding of the market while actively contributing to the monitoring and reporting of key industry regulatory competitive and market trends.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong proficiency in Excel including complex formulas pivot tables coding and data modelling
- Advanced proficiency in Python or similar tools for data processing and analysis
- Data-driven and skilled in collecting organising analysing and disseminating large volumes of data with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
- Demonstrates critical thinking by evaluating and challenging the reliability and accuracy of data sources
Required Competencies
- Presentation skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently and on their own initiative
- Highly collaborative self-motivated and driven to succeed and make a difference
- Ambitious and growth-oriented committed to skill development and advancing into a Market Analyst role
- Demonstrable agility in a fast-paced pressured environment
- Have a proactive approach
- Skilled in data visualisation with tools such as Power BI Tableau or other data visualisation tools
- Skilled in conducting market research
Desirable Work Experience
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role is desirable
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Statistics or Data science is preferred
Travel
- Travel to operation sites of AHK around the world or local offices might be required on an ad-hoc basis
