About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and personable Nurse Coordinator to join our growing this role youll be responsible for engaging with registered nurses acting as a bridge between our staffing company and talented clinical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Connect and build relationships with registered nurses for placement opportunities within our network of US healthcare facilities.
Act as the main point of contact for nurses-address their questions collect required documentation and guide them through the on boarding process.
Coordinate interviews orientation and training sessions for prospective nursing candidates.
Maintain an up-to-date database of nurse profiles availability and compliance records.
Clearly communicate job roles assignment expectations and company benefits to candidates.
Liaise with client healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and match suitable nursing professionals.
Foster a supportive and communicative environment for both new and experienced nurses.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing ( Nursing) or equivalent (freshers and experienced candidates welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Immediate joiners preferred
