Job Summary

Key skills required

  • Coordinate & schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate-related MI
  • Update the applicant tracking system
  • Interact with candidates and share relevant information about the interview process & job description
  • Coordinate in-person interviews from time to time
  • Be involved in pre & post offer coordination
  • Assist the candidate with queries on relocation / initiate relocation assistance and follow up with relevant travel teams
  • Outlook
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Relevant experience/ability to interact with senior candidates and stakeholders who could be based across regions
  • Eye for detail
  • Good excel skills
  • Prior experience in using an applicant tracking system is good to have
