Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Location: Annapolis MD (Onsite)

Job Summary:

The Senior Network Engineer will provide advanced network engineering systems integration and application support across a multi-site infrastructure environment. This position requires significant expertise with Highview Imaging Application WAN/LAN design cloud technologies and end-user support for a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design implement and maintain secure LAN/WAN environments using Cisco routers and switches.
Provide hands-on support for the Highview Imaging Application including configuration troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Support end users both remotely and on-site for hardware and packaged software issues across WAN environments.
Manage Microsoft Windows 7/10 Pro Officeand Office 365 cloud services.
Plan design and analyze data and telecommunications networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Implement and manage AWS-based solutions including backups and recovery operations.
Monitor network health using analysis and management tools.
Provide helpdesk/application support to over 300 users ensuring high availability and user satisfaction.
Maintain documentation network diagrams and operational manuals.

Required Qualifications:

10 years of experience in application development support within a multiuser Microsoft Windows environment.
10 years of experience with Windows 7/10Pro Officeand Office 365 cloud services.
7 years of experience in network planning design implementation and analysis.
5 years of experience with AWS and data backup solutions.
5 years of experience providing WAN-based hardware and software support.
5 years of experience with Highview Imaging Application (required).
Experience supporting networks for a minimum of 300 users.
Strong knowledge of Cisco routers/switches and network management tools.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
