Job Title : Child Welfare IT Specialist - SACWIS Support & Training (5 Years Regulatory Compliance User Training)
Location: Rochester NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience working in Health and Human Services or Child Welfare environments supporting SACWIS-based systems local districts or voluntary agencies.
- Experience providing IT support in child welfare including child protective services foster care/permanency and preventive services.
- Experience working directly with users to provide training or technical assistance in classroom or on-the-job settings. Skilled in creating documentation desk aids and reference materials to support understanding of business operations and training content.
- Experience supporting large-scale child welfare applications with over 15000 users from needs assessment through ongoing support and follow-up.
- Experience interpreting regulations governing child welfare practices and program outcomes.
- Bachelors Degree.
