In this role you will:

We are seeking an Optimization Manager to join our Sourcing Operations team in Orlando FL. The ideal candidate is a solution-driven customer-focused team player with a strong operational background in the travel industry and a passion for commercial strategy.

In this role you will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders in an agile environment to unlock commercial opportunities and drive performance. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while tactically implementing enhancements to our dynamic inventory.

Success in this position requires a deep understanding of operational processes and a keen interest in commercial integration. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless onboarding and optimization of new products across our channel managers and switch partners.

Key elements to this role include but not limited to:

• The Optimization Manager is responsible for delivering the companys commercial objectives derived from business transacted mainly through chains and dynamic platforms.
• Oversee ARI through multiple connectivity tools
• Check daily booking reports
• Monitor inventory production
• On-going quality control of each hotel in portfolio ensuring properties are built accurately including optimizing static content mapping and rate plans availability
• Maintain communication with key external stakeholders
• Negotiate with points of contact and hotels directly within existing agreed terms aiming to improve commercial conditions
• Ensure properties are available for sale according to pre-determined guidelines
• Ensure managed properties are live and bookable by conducting quality auditing of properties set up ensuring pricing accuracy and the rate and promotion competitiveness
• Interpret detect and action on market trends and opportunities
• Monitor and report on daily/weekly/monthly production for connected hotels in remit using relevant production reports
• Represent WebBeds in trade shows and external meetings with the ability to present results strategy and other company interests

• Solid experience in yield management and competitiveness knowledge optimizing terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Proven experience with hospitality industry (B2B or B2C/OTAs experience preferred)
• Understanding of electronic distribution channels used for distribution of lodging products Fluent in English (Spanish mandatory for LATAM positions)
• Strong business relationship skills
