Job Summary:
The Civil/Geotechnical Works Supervisor ensures proper execution of civil and geotechnical works related to rural electrification projects. He/she monitors quality safety and compliance with technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site construction and geotechnical activities (foundations poles access roads etc.).
Ensure works comply with project specifications and safety standards.
Control materials and equipment used on site.
Prepare site progress reports and ensure coordination with electrical teams.
Support the Project Director in planning and progress monitoring.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of civil works related to electrification projects.
Ability to interpret technical plans and drawings.
Teamwork and field supervision skills.
Familiarity with HSE and quality assurance practices.
