- Scrum & Project Management: Lead roadmap planning sprint sessions and daily stand-ups to align teams and drive project momentum.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Define milestones estimate delivery timelines and communicate progress and risks effectively.
- Risk & Quality Oversight: Identify project risks early escalate issues and ensure delivery meets time budget and scope requirements.
- Release Coordination: Oversee regular software releases ensuring they are tested communicated and compliant with internal processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate team retrospectives and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.
- Relevant education and certifications: A tertiary qualification and Scrum Master or project management certification are highly recommended.
- Industry experience: Proven success in IT/software project delivery with technical knowledge being a plus.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent presentation and training abilities are a strong advantage.
