Were looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Team Lead to join a leading financial services organisation based in Cape Town. This is a hybrid role offering the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and develop a team of BI professionals.
- Engage with business units to understand functional requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Drive data strategy ensuring data accuracy governance and accessibility.
- Design build and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Leverage DAX and SQL to ensure efficient data modelling and analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure BI initiatives align with business goals
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI with strong DAX and SQL skills.
- Proven experience leading or managing a BI team.
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
- Financial services experience advantageous
