This is an opportunity to join one of the most exciting success stories in cybersecurity a publicly listed SaaS organisation thats been a market force for 15 years and is scaling at pace.

Salary: Up to 130k Uncapped commission

Based: London (Remote)

The Role:

This isnt a role for someone who wants to sit back and manage from the sidelines. Its aplayercoach position where youll roll up your sleeves alongside your team leading by example running demos pitching to enterprise clients and selling from a deeply technical standpoint.

Youll be:

  • Leading a team of 36 high-performing Sales Engineers coaching and developing them into A-players.
  • Running high-value B2B SaaS demos and presentations with average deal sizes around 300k.
  • Partnering closely with sales teams to position the products technical value build trust with customers and influence C-level decision makers.
  • Helping drive growth across major cloud platforms.
  • Creating a culture of overachievementthis team thrives on results.

To succeed here youll need:

  • Proven success in B2B SaaScybersecurity or infrastructure software experience highly advantageous.
  • A track record of technical sales excellence (Sales Engineering Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting).
  • Experience on large complex deals (ideally 1m in pipeline with 300k average deal sizes).
  • A leadership mindsetwhether youre already managing or youre a top-performing Sales Engineer hungry for that next step.
  • The ability to motivate and elevate a team while staying in the trenches with them.
