Role Specifics and Benefits: As an L&D RN youll monitor labor progress assist with deliveries manage cesarean sections when needed perform fetal monitoring administer medications and provide immediate neonatal support. Youll educate patients and families on labor plans pain management options breastfeeding and newborn care while coordinating with obstetricians anesthesia and pediatric teams to ensure seamless births. Youll have opportunities for professional growth within the specialty through mentorship simulated skills labs and exposure to a range of obstetric scenarios. The compensation package is competitive with weekly pay ranging from $2335 to $2439 plus a signing bonus and housing assistance to ease transitions. There are extension opportunities based on performance and facility needs enabling you to continue contributing and advancing without resetting your career momentum. Please note that guaranteed hours are not guaranteed; assignments are scheduled by facility needs and traveler availability. Comprehensive support is available around the clock including 24/7 assistance from our dedicated travel liaison team helping you navigate housing licensing credentialing and on-site orientation.
