We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic this role you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction providing exceptional support and solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs and offer a range of products and services that cater to those needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records of inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after resolving their concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer service software and databases.
