The Boeing CompanyThe Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Projects Assets Construction and Engineering Center of Excellence (PACE) is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their core team as a First Line Manager for a team of project managers managing Enterprise Initiatives Projects such as conference room modernization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a deep understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment across the country. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead mentor and develop a team of project managers
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Project Oversight:
Oversee the planning execution and delivery of Enterprise initiatives
Ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives and meet quality standards
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables
Communicate project status risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity
Travel 25% to support team and Enterprise projects
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices in project management
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience with project management or construction management
5 years of experience partnering & working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
3 years of experience managing project schedules and managing programs and projects
3 years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
3 years of experience with team building developing and motivating employees
25% domestic travel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
5 years of experience in program management and/or financial management/analysis
5 years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management
5 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data
3 years of experience in working with project finances
Experience with contract management invoice management/reconciliation and vendor management
