Were looking for a driven and inspiring Third in Charge (3IC) to join our team at Dunedin store. Youll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the team creating memorable customer experiences and keeping everything running smoothly especially when leadership isnt on-site.

Role: Third in Charge (3IC)
Rostered Hours: Monday 9:45am -5:00pm Tuesday 12:00pm -4:00pm Friday 12:00pm - 4:00pm Sunday 9:45am - 4:00pm
Minimum Hours: 20.5
Hourly Rate: $25
What your day will look like:
Supporting day-to-day store operations and leading shifts when required
Coaching and motivating your team to deliver amazing service and strong results
Driving sales and maintaining great energy on the floor
Creating warm confident customer experiences that reflect our brand
Supporting a positive inclusive team culture
Assisting with visual merchandising stock management and store presentation
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have retail experience and are ready to step up into more responsibility
