The Sales Analyst enables data-driven decision-making across Sales Marketing and Planning. This role focuses on compiling analyzing and reporting sales data building and maintaining dashboards and collaborating with IT to ensure accuracy and usability. The position also supports cross-departmental reporting where dedicated resources are not yet in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile analyze and report sales data to identify trends and performance gaps
Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting tools
Monitor KPIs and submit monthly performance updates
Support pricing promotional analysis and sales/inventory trend tracking
Collaborate with IT on dashboard design data validation and troubleshooting
Deliver ad hoc reporting for executives and cross-functional teams
Support Sales Planning and cross-departmental reporting needs
Requirements
Location: Tijuana Mexico (Hybrid; 2 days/week onsite flexible)
Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday (occasional overtime/weekend)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
23 years of experience in sales reporting trend analysis planning or inventory analysis (wholesale apparel CPG accessories or footwear preferred)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables formulas charts VLOOKUP)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP NetSuite Full Circle Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM platforms
Experience building dashboards (DOMO or similar BI tools) and validating data
Fluent English (written and spoken)
