What Youll Do
- Administer and optimize Salesforce across Sales Cloud Service Cloud and CPQ
- Own CPQ setup: products bundles pricing discount rules approvals and quote templates
- Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and scalable automation
- Optimize Lead-to-Opportunity Opportunity-to-Quote and Case workflows
- Configure Service Cloud case management routing and escalations
- Build reports and dashboards for sales revenue and support metrics
- Maintain data quality security and system performance
- Partner closely with Sales RevOps Support and Leadership teams
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- Advanced English
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Salesforce CPQ
- Solid expertise in Salesforce Flow reporting and security model
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data architecture
- Experience supporting complex or fast-growing Salesforce orgs
- Familiarity with RevOps or subscription-based business models
