Job Summary
What Youll Do
Process and manage sales orders for Mexico and Export ensuring accuracy compliance and timely
execution.
Coordinate with the Inventory Management team to allocate stock efficiently and maximize product
availability.
Monitor and flag at-risk orders escalating as needed to ensure visibility and timely resolution.
Prepare and deliver Gross Sales reports for Mexico and Export supporting consolidation and follow-up across
LATAM.
Maintain regular communication with regional teams including coordination with China (from 6:00 pm
onwards for export-related matters).
Collaborate on strategic projects supporting the development of enhanced reporting analysis and process
efficiency tools.
Qualifications :
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree Industrial Engineering
- Bachelors Degree Logistics
- Bachelors Degree International Business
- Bachelors Degree Business Administration
- 1 - 2 years Experience in order administration logistics supply chain or related functions with experience in
- multinational consumer goods or retail companies is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems; SAP experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading writing and communication with global teams).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
