Job Summary

Business Development Professional / Client Acquisition (Non-IT Staffing)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to drive client acquisition and business expansion in the Non-IT Staffing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients managing business development activities and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams for successful service delivery.

  • Identify and acquire new clients for the Non-IT Staffing business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Generate potential client leads establish relationships and arrange meetings.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Delivery teams to discuss client demands and ensure fulfillment.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Manage client relationships ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
