What youll do
eCommerce Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on growing cross-border eCommerce merchants portfolios for both new acquisition and existing upsell/cross sell aligned with Payoneers business objectives key customer segments.
- Execute and continuously optimize multi-channel growth campaigns to drive merchant engagement adoption and conversion for Payoneers FinTech solutions for both new acquisition and existing upsell.
- Fuel the sales pipeline by generating and nurturing high-quality leads through targeted marketing automation and lead management strategies.
- Maintain a integrated marketing campaign calendar ensuring timely execution and strategic alignment across all digital and field marketing initiatives.
- Leverage a mix of digital channels (including email social media paid advertising content marketing and WeCom) to attract engage and convert cross-border sellers.
- Define precise target audience segments campaign architectures content themes and tactical plans that support Payoneers brand and eCommerce growth goals.
- Forge and manage strategic partnerships with key marketplaces service providers and ecosystem players to leverage collective resources for marketing activities.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including milestone tracking deadline management and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Product Content) to ensure campaign goals messaging and schedules are fully synchronized.
Performance Analysis & ROI Optimization:
- Conduct regular in-depth analysis of campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Continuously optimize marketing spend and tactics to improve Top of Funnel efficiencies Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and drive profitable sustainable growth.
- Establish clear measurable objectives and KPIs; consistently monitor analyze and report on campaign performance and business impact.
- Provide strategic updates and performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Who you are
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience with at least 6 years specifically in B2B marketing preferably within the cross-border eCommerce FinTech or global payments sectors.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Preferred Skills:
- Deep market knowledge and established connections within the cross-border eCommerce seller ecosystem.
- Proven project management capabilities combined with a strong growth marketing background.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) and digital marketing channels.
