Job Description
MM is responsible for Prolia marketing strategy program development and execution. This role will be led by Head of China Marketing Team to analyze business opportunities and develop strategies and plans to unleash market potential.
Key Accountabilities:
- Brand/ departmental strategies
- Turn market understanding & customer insights into actionable business tactics
- Drive for increased communications with HCPs as well as internal stakeholders
- Strive for execution excellence
- Comply with all relevant company compliance policies procedures and work practices.
Key activities:
- Strategic projects implementation
- Strategic/financial/tactical KPI development/tracking.
- Analysis of customer brand/competitor performance as well as contract performance.
- Pilot on innovation projects
- Coordinate with Medical Commercial Excellence Strategic Planning Finance and other cross-functional partners
- Budget /tracking/cross functional collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree
- Central MKT working experience in MNCfor 2-3 years or above
- Creative thinking
- Familiar and fluent with business English
