Associate Director of Engineering to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple
engineering teams. If you are passionate about architecting scalable solutions to complex challenges
translating business strategy into technical execution and have a proven track record of building worldclass

What Youll Do
Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
Build scale and lead multiple engineering teams including developing technical leads
Drive architectural decisions and establish engineering standards across the organization
Partner with executive leadership product sales and customer success to shape product strategy
and ensure technical excellence
Own planning people allocation and budget management for your engineering organization
Champion engineering culture innovation and continuous improvement across teams
Key Skills
Deep expertise with the ability to make sound architectural decisions for complex products
Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming languages and modern web technologies
Proven ability to scale engineering organizations develop talent pipelines and build high performing
teams
Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in long-term planning and change management
Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite
Strong business acumen with experience balancing technical excellence with commercial priorities
Experience & Education
10 years in a professional software development management role
Experience managing managers and leading organizations of 20 engineers
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred or
equivalent years of experience
