About the Role
We are seeking a Publication Agent to join a dynamic teamresponsible for publishing customfinancial indices and supporting related workflows in afast-paced financial markets role operates at the intersection of technologyand finance combining analytical problem-solving systemmanagement and close collaboration with front-office teams.
You will work closely with Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS)and other business units to ensure accurate timely and compliant publicationof cross-asset indices covering equities commodities and derivatives. Theposition provides deep exposure to indexlifecycle management data processing and market infrastructuremaking it ideal for professionals with a technicalbackground eager to grow in the financial domain.
Key Responsibilities
Monitorand manage index publication workflows ensuring all customindices and underlying instruments are accurately processed and published ontime.
Investigateand resolve publication issues by identifying root causescoordinating with multiple technical teams and ensuring timely remediation.
Provideend-to-end user support for the index lifecycle includingsetup configuration and troubleshooting within internal applications.
Collaboratewith developers and business stakeholders to enhance workflowreliability and automation.
Ensurecompliance with publication standards internal rulebooks andregulatory guidelines.
Analyzedata and optimize publication processes contributing toimproved system performance and accuracy.
Documentworkflows configurations and operational proceduresmaintaining high standards of clarity and completeness.
Mandatory Requirements
The following qualifications must beclearly listed on your CV to be considered:
6years of experience in IT Production Support or Operationsroles preferably in a financialor data-driven environment;
Strong working knowledge of SQL Python and Excel for analysis andtroubleshooting;
Experience with REST APIs JSON and database managementsystems;
Hands-on experience with monitoring and incident management tools(e.g. Splunk Dynatrace Jira Camunda);
Proven ability to analyze technical issuesacross servers connectivityand scripts;
Excellent problem-solvingand analytical skills in complex time-sensitive environments;
Fluent in English(written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Background or familiarity with financial markets indices or market data systems(e.g. Bloomberg Reuters Ubix);
Experience in workflow automation or data pipeline management;
Understanding of Spring Boot and microservices architectures;
Previous experience working in front-office or trading supportenvironments;
Knowledge of data quality and control frameworksin financial contexts.
