THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as anIT Business Analyst for a national project.


YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Collect analyze and prioritize business requirements anticipating problems and evaluating impacts;
• Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects;
• Effectively breakdown business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles;
• Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Test user stories during development phase and contribute to increase test automation coverage;
• Perform non regression testes before production delivery;
• Participate in the organization of user acceptance tests with the end users;
• Write and update documentation with content adapted to target audience (Development Product and Support teams) and deliver training sessions.

• 5 years of experience as a business analyst working in a context of agile software development;
• College degreein Computer Science Engineering Information Management Systems or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in translating business requirements into user stories use cases and technical requirements;
• Working knowledge of software development life cycle including estimation techniques planning development requirements management CM quality assurance and release management;
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
• Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organizations business areas;
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written & spoken).
