This position will provide direct support to ESC-operated classrooms act as a consultant to the nine local school districts of Putnam County and contribute to professional development and systemic behavioral supports. The BCBA will play a key role in helping students with significant behavioral needs succeed in school and preparing educators with tools and strategies to support RESPONSIBILITIESESC ClassroomsConduct classroom and individual student observations in behavioral and autism Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).Collaborate directly with teachers classroom aides and related service providers to implement effective behavioral strategies and provide real-time coaching and student progress using data-based decision-making adjusting interventions as ConsultationServe as a behavioral consultant for Putnam Countys nine school student and classroom observations develop recommendations and model effective a bridge for local districts referring students to ESC classrooms ensuring smoother transitions and consistent a bridge for local districts referring students to ESC classrooms ensuring smoother transitions and consistent supports.
