What We Offer:
Competitive base pay of $18.50/hr commensurate with experience and skills

T-F: 1pm - 9pm Sat: 11am - 7pm; preferred shift
M-F: 8am - 4pm; potentially available shift

About the Role:
In this position you will:
Answer and operate a multi-line phone system
Monitor communicate and resolve scheduling adjustments for appointments between customers and sales representatives
Maintain and update the company database and calendars
Regulate and monitor appointment volumes and availability for other departments
Key Qualifications:
Previous call center or dispatch experiencepreferred
High attention to detailin a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal communications skills
High organization and multitasking abilities
