Join Hitachi Energy Transformers Business Solutions IT Organization as an OSS On-Site Services Engineer at our Bland this role youll be the go-to expert for desk-side IT support ensuring smooth operations and exceptional user experiences. Youll troubleshoot issues manage hardware logistics and act as the face of IT for our local teams. How Youll Make an Impact
Troubleshoot IT issues requiring physical intervention.
Deliver ready-to-use computers to users.
Provide ad-hoc training and guide users through self-service tools.
Manage physical stock of devices and accessories including CMDB updates.
Perform regular inventory checks for hardware.
Coordinate logistics for device shipping and movement.
Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors.
Support IT equipment and software in meeting rooms and collaboration areas.
Your Background
Formal IT qualification or apprenticeship in information technology.
Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience.
Fluent in English and local language with strong communication skills.
Proactive solution-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; U.S. citizenship required.
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow MS Office 365 Windows iOS and asset management systems.
