Candidate must have culinary expertise with a strong understanding of kitchen operations food safety (ServSafe certification preferred) and industry standards. They must have the ability to manage a classroom and commercial kitchen safely and effectively. Responsibilities to Include:Provide instruction to strict confidentiality of student information providing information to para teachers and others on a need to know basis local policy and procedures in the area of educational requirements and building level the behaviour management strategies and techniques developed by the teacher.
