- Resolve guest issues with discretion and professionalism maintaining brand integrity.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze player data trip frequency and profitability to optimize reinvestment strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on host productivity player performance and departmental impact.
- Event Planning & Execution
- Oversee VIP events tournaments and promotions tailored to target demographics.
- Ensure seamless coordination and high-impact guest engagement.
- Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all activities comply with gaming regulations internal controls and responsible gaming practices.
