As Business Manager you will support the Global Head of Performance & Reward and the GPR management team and community by contributing towards strategy development and implementation. This role involves drawing up implementing guaranteeing and monitoring internal business processes and acting as a linking pin for other business units so as to enable effective and efficient operation.
The team
The CoE Performance & Reward focuses on developing a strong performance culture and effectively running the performance management reward and regulations processes. ING has a pay for performance approach to performance management using both financial and non-financial recognition to improve both personal and sustainable business performance.
Roles and responsibilities

Department budget: Develop and deliver the departments budget plans
Continuous Improvement: Enable continuous revision and innovation of the processes in the department
Document preparation: Write and edit memos intended for the departments key stakeholders (MBB SB committees)
Governance: Maintain concurrent understanding of the GPR governance and offer advice on the interpretation of policies and procedures. Manage the deliverables towards to RemCo annual workplan
Internal Communications: Maintain consistent collaboration across the GPR community
Operational Compliance: Monitor the departments compliance with regulatory codes and codes of conduct
