Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Plan develop and implement effective leasing strategies for station shop facilities including kiosks/shops banks and vending machines at MTR stations to enhance tenant-mix and customer service while maximising rental revenue
- Oversee day-to-day leasing activities to meet business targets and ensure safe and smooth operation in compliance with the Corporations policies
- Identify potential tenants to enhance portfolio value monitor retail fitting-out works
- Assist in identifying new business development initiatives and developing business case
- Organise promotion activities through close liaison with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years experience in property leasing and marketing of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in trade mix planning and recruitment of tenants for a portfolio of commercial complex is essential
- Knowledge of technical provisions and station operations is an advantage
