Were looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our SG&A (Selling General & Administrative expenses) Finance this role you will lead end-to-end financial planning and budgeting for the Commercial and Global Finance organization ensuring financial governance and delivering insights that enable sound business decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and play a key role in driving efficiency transparency and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Build strong relationships with Function Heads and act as a trusted Finance Business Partner.
- Drive financial transparency and accountability through governance and process compliance.
- Develop productivity and efficiency metrics to ensure organizational right-sizing aligned with strategy and affordability.
- Challenge assumptions and decisions using business drivers trends and strategic alignment.
- Contribute to functional strategic financial planning and projects.
- Deliver and continuously improve Financial Performance Reviews.
- Partner with offshore Accounting and Business Finance teams on month-end close financial controlling and master data.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud enhancements reorganizations).
- Identify and implement process improvements to simplify and standardize ways of working.
- Build strong relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders across the organization.
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
- 5 years of experience in FP&A controlling or business partnering roles.
- Strong analytical skills challenger mindset and high drive for results.
- Experience with management reporting financial modeling and forecasting/planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable with change and transformation initiatives.
- Personable and able to build relationships across diverse teams.
