Are you passionate about technology and helping people solve IT challenges Join our Information Systems (IS) team as an IS Support Analyst 1 a hands-on customer-focused role supporting our employees technology needs across hardware software and endpoints.
Youll be the first line of support installing and configuring new systems resolving technical issues and helping to keep our operations running smoothly. You will assist other IS team members by working on projects and taking on more complex troubleshooting as well.
Monday - Friday 8a - 5p in our Carlisle manufacturing facility.
What Youll Do
As an IS Support Analyst 1 you will:
- Install configure and support endpoints and IS equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets for internal users in a timely professional manner.
- Assist with hardware and software maintenance updates and repairs.
- Monitor system performance and create reports as needed.
- Prepare clear documentation for processes troubleshooting and user support.
- Collaborate with IS team members on projects and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent IS as a trusted partner to our internal teams.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience in PC or IT support preferred especially within an Information Systems environment.
- Microsoft or IS-related certifications (CompTIA MCSA etc.) are a plus.
- Must have a valid U.S. drivers license (and passport or ability to obtain one).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with basic networking/Wi-Fi PC hardware and software support.
- Strong documentation diagnostic and organizational skills.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Adaptable reliable and professional under pressure.
What to Expect
- Primarily office-based work with occasional visits to manufacturing sites.
- Must be able to sit lift up to 25 lbs and wear appropriate PPE when required.
- Travel by car and air up to 20% mostly within the U.S.
