Job Summary
Were looking for a Senior Business Analyst with an IT background and hands-on experience in Life Sciences Healthcare Pharma or MedTech. In this role youll bridge the gap between business needs and technology driving solutions that truly make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Translate ideas into clear specifications user stories and roadmaps.
- Partner with stakeholders to shape product vision and prioritize features.
- Map and improve business processes to boost efficiency and compliance.
- Lead workshops and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Support acceptance testing and validate solutions meet real-world needs.
Qualifications :
- 6 years experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Previous industry experience in Life Sciences Healthcare Pharma or MedTech.
- Solid IT background with strong documentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA EMA HIPAA GxP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and business analysis tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence BPMN UML).
- A problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
