- Ensure alignment of MEP activities with critical project milestones and deliverables.
2. Contractor Management:
- Select negotiate contracts with and manage MEP contractors and subcontractors.
- Oversee contractor performance ensuring adherence to project specifications quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings and site inspections to monitor progress resolve issues promptly and maintain effective communication channels.
3. Design Review and Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with architects engineers and consultants to review MEP design drawings and specifications.
- Verify design compliance with airport terminal requirements building codes and local regulations.
